Last week, I took a much need break to decompress and I am kicking this week off with A Pastel Party! Nothing screams soft and delicate like pastels, sis! In true cold weather fashion, we kept things really cozy this week and paired a comfy pair of joggers with a high collar sweater and an oversized shacket to add a soft spring time twist to the rigid winter weather.
These sage joggers are perfect for the work from home lifestyle + they meet the “Chamxpagne Cut”-- comfortable and fashionable. With that, I incorporated a light-colored twist to this look and coupled the joggers with a pastel yellow soft knit sweater. Moreover, this shade of sage and yellow are of the same pastel color scheme so, pairing them together gives off an attractive and undeniable color combination.
To compliment the darker winter color scheme, I topped this look off with an oversized chocolate shacket. Shirt jackets aka Shackets have become the new wardrobe must-have as it can be worn as a shirt or a jacket, which it perfects for the winter months.
This week's style tip is: If you are looking to add more color to your wardrobe, start by experimenting with pastel colors. Pastel colors are lighter toned and offer a subtle and soft pop of color and can be a gradual introduction to pairing your favorite colors.
